Film & upload your swings
Two angles · 3–5 shots each
›
Face-on
Camera at chest height, square to you, in line with the ball. Whole body and club in frame.
Down the line
Behind you, on your target line through your hands. Include the ball's flight if you can.
- Film the shot you want help with, not your best one: 3–5 swings per angle.
- Phone in slow motion (120 or 240fps) if you have it, in landscape or portrait.
- Tripod or propped up, about 3–4 metres away. Avoid filming into the sun.
- In Onform, tap + › Upload and add the clips to your library with me.
